Under her leadership, SES HD PLUS GH Ltd has made significant strides in democratising access to premium and affordable TV viewing experiences in Ghana.

Adelaide is a member of Institute of Directors Ghana as well as the Chartered Institute of Marketing in both the UK and Ghana. She holds an MBA from Lancaster University, UK, and a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.
Adelaide actively mentors young professionals, particularly women, and has established the “LeadHERS” Lean-In Circle as well as her organisation’s LeadHERS Xperience platform to foster collaboration among like-minded women leaders.
